Processing & Delivery Times

All orders require 3-7 business days for processing before shipment to customer. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your hair to our standards of excellence. Orders placed on weekends may be subject to longer shipping. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation the same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped from Sylk Noir. We do our best to update you every step of the way so that you know what’s going on with your order. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 days once hair ships.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. As we work diligently to process orders quickly, there is only a limited window to make corrections. Sylk Noir cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
